"A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes." Indian philosopher and spiritual leader Mahatma Gandhi spoke those words and I have found in my work that very few people are as cognizant of the profound connection between our thoughts and our reality. In my work, I see individuals who are frustrated, hurt, in pain, desperate, lost and hopeless. Many times, these individuals have a long list of the events and people who have led them to this low point in their life. They are very often able to pinpoint exact occasions where they feel that someone or something caused their life to derail.
What is often missing, however, is the realization that the thoughts, emotions and energy related to these past events stay with us. In fact, they form what is referred to as our "life script". And just like an actor on stage, we deliver our lines, react to our cues and act out our script until the curtain falls. We often do not realize that by allowing ourselves to exist in this script, we bring forth more events and more opportunities for the script to be reaffirmed. Our thoughts do become our reality and when we are trapped in our past pain and disappointment, we manifest even more pain and disappointment.
In my work, I have seen extraordinary growth in the clients with whom I work. I have seen pain replaced with peace. I have seen sorrow replaced with success. I have seen people forgive not only those who they feel have wronged them, but also forgive themselves for allowing their lives to remain stuck in patterns that have limited their true potential! It is my mission to help my clients achieve their best possible future.

About The Mind Coach
Let me offer a situation to you. While working on your computer, a message pops up that states "Your software is out of date. Please click here to download the newest version." We see this repeatedly throughout the weeks and after we've downloaded the new and improved program, we find that our computer runs faster, has fewer issues and operates smoother.
While we might not understand how it worked, we know that it worked. So I ask you, when was the last time you updated the operating version of your mind? Are you still using the version you used as a child? Maybe you last updated as a teen? Maybe you are a married person still running the programs you used when you were single? Just like that computer on our desk, our mind operates by a set of rules and restrictions. These rules are formed by our experiences and our mind uses them as a set of facts—facts that to our mind are unchallengeable, unchangeable and unquestionable.
However, it is possible to "update" these rules and regulations to help boost the performance of our mind. Using the subconscious, we are able to rewrite these beliefs and replace them with rules of our choosing. And, just like the rules that existed before, our new rules are deemed as unchallengeable, unchangeable and unquestionable. How different might your life look and feel if you could replace "I'm not a very successful person" with "I am able to manifest success in any area of my life with ease and confidence!"

About The Teacher
David hosts weekly workshops in which he helps people learn to develop their own intuitive skills. These groups are limited in size and are structured to run for a specific length of time.
