CD Recordings
All my clients receive recording of their personal sessions.  However, there are procedures and processes which will not be recorded as they require expert facilitation.  Although personalized sessions and work is preferred, pre-recorded programs have been shown to be effective when used as directed.

I have also found that "at home" CDs serve as a wonderful companion to our in office work!
